We are a luxury planning and design company who offer concierge-level wedding services. While you may find less expensive planners,  it’s unlikely they offer the same level of personalization and expertise that we bring to your wedding. If you're not sure if your budget aligns with our services, our clients typically spend $500-1,500 per guest all in.

I am a firm believer that no one should go into debt over their wedding day.  However, the majority of weddings you see on Pinterest are luxury events that require experienced professionals.  If you do choose to spend on a wedding, there is truly no better investment than a good wedding planner. A wedding without a planner is like a symphony without a conductor– you can hire all the best musicians in the world but they won't come together in harmony without an expert conductor.

Your budget may need to be re-worked. Skilled Planners help save their clients money by avoiding costly mistakes - such as allocating your budget incorrectly. Even more important than your budget, is how you choose to spend it. A planner will know where you might be at risk of overspending, and where it's okay for you to save without negatively affecting the overall success of your event.

It’s important to evaluate your wedding priorities . While individual elements of your wedding might excite you, they need to come together cohesively to create the celebration you envision. Without that harmony, even the parts you’re most excited for might not feel as impactful.

We’re pros at finding creative solutions to work within your budget. Often, we can achieve the look and feel you’re dreaming of through alternate, more cost-effective options.

There are pros and cons to having a planner who’s familiar with your venue and vendors, but truthfully, none of these should impact you directly. If we’ve worked at your venue or with your vendors before, we bring valuable insight and familiarity to the table. If we haven’t, it just means we need to take that little bit of extra time and care to learn those details - It’s quite literally our job to know the right questions to ask and be able to work with all different event professionals. 

We LOVE travelling for events. With destination weddings, it's quite common that clients choose a planner from their home town or one who is familiar with North American wedding customs. We often use our network to co-hire a coordinator in your wedding location so we can all work together to make sure your day goes off without a hitch. 

I always thought I would plan my own wedding, because I "just love that stuff, and I'm so good at it." Boy, was I wrong. I've learnt so much about efficiently planning weddings since entering the industry, I truly can't believe I ever thought I could plan my perfect wedding with zero experience... Even today, I would still choose a full planning team for my own wedding.

If you feel you need to, Absolutely! Your wedding is such an important day and it’s crucial to work with vendors who make you feel 100% comfortable. If you feel the need for a second consultation with us to answer some additional questions that may come up during a consultations with another vendor, we are happy to accommodate. 

 
Analysis paralysis - we have all been there - and that's how wedding planning is sometimes made to feel. Luckily, if you bite the bullet and pick us as your planners, you will no longer have to deal with these feelings through the wedding planning process! We will guide you through every step of the way. If you're not ready to make a decision just yet, we absolutely respect that, and I would love to say we'll be here whenever you're ready, but we are currently unable to hold any spots without a signed contract and deposit.
